This Privacy Policy explains how TradeFlow Terminal handles information for the landing page, purchase flow, support, license activation, and desktop app features.
TradeFlow Terminal is designed to store journal entries, screenshots, chart layouts, visual settings, app preferences, and other app data locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up local data you want to keep.
If you choose to save exchange API credentials in the app, they are intended to be stored on your device. Use limited-permission API keys whenever possible. Do not send API secrets, passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or two-factor codes to support.
Market-data and trading features may connect to third-party exchange APIs or data sources selected inside the app. Those services may receive technical request data such as IP address, symbol, market, account request type, API key identifier, or other information required by their APIs.
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers such as PayPal or Stripe. TradeFlow Terminal does not store full card numbers or full payment credentials. The payment provider may share purchase details needed to deliver the download, issue a license, process refunds, prevent fraud, and provide support.
If you contact support, the information you send may be used to answer your request, verify your purchase, troubleshoot the app, process a refund, or improve the product. Support emails may include your email address, order information, screenshots, device details, app version, Windows version, and the description you provide.
License activation may require sending a license key, order identifier, app version, or basic device/app status information to verify that the license is valid and to prevent abuse.
The landing page host or payment provider may automatically process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referral URL, and timestamps for security, diagnostics, hosting, analytics, and fraud prevention.
Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate the product, such as payment processors, hosting providers, email/support tools, license services, and fraud-prevention systems. Information may also be disclosed if required by law, legal process, security needs, or to protect rights and prevent abuse.
TradeFlow Terminal does not sell personal information.
Support and purchase records may be kept as long as reasonably needed for license lookup, refund handling, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Local app data stays on your device unless you delete it, move it, or back it up elsewhere.
You can choose not to save API credentials, revoke exchange API keys through your exchange, delete local app data, stop using exchange-connected features, or contact support about purchase/support records.
