Refund Policy

TradeFlow Terminal is sold as a $10 digital download. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

7-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are generally approved when the request is made in good faith and the license has not been abused, resold, publicly shared, or used to bypass payment.

Support First

If the app does not install, activate, or launch, contact support before requesting a refund. Most setup issues can be solved faster with your order email, app version, Windows version, and a short description of the problem.

How To Request A Refund

Email mc.moondust@gmail.com from the email used for purchase. Include your order email, approximate purchase date, payment processor if known, and the reason for the refund request. Do not send API secrets, private keys, seed phrases, or passwords.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible. Payment processors and banks may take additional time to show the refund on your statement.

License Deactivation

If a refund is issued, the related TradeFlow Terminal license may be disabled and future access to the download or activation may be removed.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
