Trading is risky. Crypto, futures, perpetuals, leveraged products, and other active trading markets can move quickly and can cause substantial losses. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose.
TradeFlow Terminal is a charting, journaling, market-data, and workflow tool. It does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading signals, price predictions, portfolio recommendations, or guaranteed outcomes.
You are responsible for every trading decision you make, including market selection, order type, order size, leverage, stop placement, liquidation risk, API permissions, and whether a trade is appropriate for your account.
TradeFlow Terminal may have bugs, display errors, stale data, connection failures, incorrect settings, or compatibility issues. Network outages, local machine problems, exchange downtime, and API changes can affect the app.
If you connect exchange API keys, you are responsible for the permissions and security of those keys. Use the minimum permissions needed. Do not enable withdrawal permissions unless you fully understand the risk. TradeFlow Terminal cannot recover funds lost because of exchange rules, compromised keys, incorrect permissions, or user error.
Journal entries, screenshots, settings, and app data may be stored locally on your device. Back up anything important. Device failure, accidental deletion, uninstalling, clearing app data, or moving computers can cause data loss.
Trading rules, tax treatment, exchange availability, and product legality vary by jurisdiction and may change. You are responsible for complying with laws, taxes, exchange terms, and reporting obligations that apply to you.
For general background on virtual currency and digital asset risks, review public investor education from regulators such as the CFTC and SEC. Those resources are separate from TradeFlow Terminal and are provided only for general awareness.
Do not rely on TradeFlow Terminal as your only risk control. Review orders before submitting them, limit permissions, keep backups, and trade at your own risk.
