These Terms apply to your purchase, download, installation, and use of TradeFlow Terminal. By buying or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
A $10 purchase gives you a lifetime personal-use license for TradeFlow Terminal. This is a license to use the app, not a transfer of ownership of the app, source code, brand, design, or related materials.
For these Terms, "lifetime" means a non-subscription license for the usable life of the TradeFlow Terminal product. It does not guarantee that exchange APIs, market-data sources, activation servers, operating systems, or third-party services will remain available forever.
You may install and use TradeFlow Terminal on devices you personally control. You may use it for charting, journaling, reviewing trades, viewing market data, and connecting supported exchange API credentials where the app provides that feature.
Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. After successful payment, you should receive access to the download and any required license or activation information. Keep your order email because it may be needed for support or license lookup.
TradeFlow Terminal is software tooling. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice. The app does not recommend trades, guarantee results, or promise profits. You are responsible for your own decisions, orders, position sizing, leverage, API permissions, and risk controls.
Some features may connect to third-party exchanges or market-data services. Those services are not controlled by TradeFlow Terminal. They may change, rate limit, suspend, reject, delay, or remove API access at any time. You are responsible for testing any exchange connection before relying on it.
TradeFlow Terminal is designed to store app data locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up journal data, screenshots, settings, and any other files you want to keep. Uninstalling the app, replacing your device, clearing app data, or drive failure may cause local data loss.
Updates may be provided when available, but updates are not guaranteed on a fixed schedule. Features can change as the app develops, exchanges change APIs, or bugs are fixed.
Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy. In general, refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and may be denied for license abuse, resale, sharing, or chargeback misuse.
TradeFlow Terminal is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent allowed by law. Software can contain bugs, outages, bad data, display errors, delayed data, connection failures, or incompatibilities. You use it at your own risk.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TradeFlow Terminal and its developer are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, exchange issues, API failures, missed trades, incorrect orders, market-data errors, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Your license may be disabled if you violate these Terms, share or resell your license, attempt to bypass activation, abuse support, commit payment fraud, or use the app unlawfully.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current version for new purchases and continued use.
